Table Runners

My sister-in-law just renovated her Manhattan apartment and I would like to give her a gift.  It's hard to choose between these two new table runners.  The pieces of Palestinian embroidery were purchased from Maha who lives in Bethlehem.

Which one do you think I should give her?

Big Girls!

Our twin grand-daughters just graduated to big girl beds.  I got right to work and here are the two matching quilts that I made for them.  One girl likes pinks and the other got turquoise and orange. Both quilts have purple in them and the same matching yellow trim.   Based on a version of the 4" square, I have created a new design, placing two squares together on each row, making a more dramatic and eye-catching design.  

Baby Quilt

Both of us were not able to do quilting over the summer.  So, now we are back in the saddle, and enjoying ourselves!

This baby quilt was made by Hana for a friend's new granddaughter.  It uses pastel colors in a pinwheel design.
